Obituary of E. Lola Zinck
ZINCK, E. Lola – Age 93, of Maplewood, Lunenburg Co,. passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany, where she had been residing. Born in Upper Cornwall, she was a daughter of the late Wilbert and Gertrude (Veinot) Veinotte.
Lola had a long and faithful motherhood, having great love and concern for her family from a very young age. She was a strong lady with a good heart and solid in her faith. She had a love of card playing, especially 45’s.
Surviving is her daughter, Donna (Gary) Penney, Upper Northfield; son, Richard (Patricia) Zinck, Bridgewater; grandchildren, Troy Penney, Derek Penney, Neil Penney, Steven Zinck and Jamie Zinck; great-grandchildren, Jacob Penney, Victoria Penney, Christie Zinck, Tyler Zinck, Julia Weisner, Lucas Simpson, Ethan Penney; great-great grandchildren, Cohen Zinck and Lilly Zinck; many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Paul John Samuel Zinck; son, Chester Wilbert; sisters, Phyllis Wentzell, Daisy Gray, Evelyn Whynot; brothers, Percy, Claude, Perry and Billy.
No visitation at the funeral home by request. Private family service will be held in Emmanuel Baptist Church of Parkdale-Maplewood, Parkdale with Rev. Sam Jess officiating. Public interment will be held 2:30, p.m., Monday, March 8, 2021 in Parkdale – Maplewood Community Cemetery, Parkdale. Family flowers only please, donations may be made to Parkdale – Maplewood Emmanuel Baptist Church, Parkdale-Maplewood Community Cemetery, Rosedale Home for Special Care or charity of choice.
