Faith
Passed away on Tuesday January 19, 2021 at the age of 74,
with her two daughters at her side. She was predeceased in 2015 by her
husband of 42 years, Frank Cook. She is survived by her daughters Dawn
Spence (William) and Stephanie Logan and son Rod Cook. Also survived
by grandchildren Samantha and Kessandra Cook, Julianne and Fraser
Spence, Alexandria and Benjamin Logan. Lovingly remembered by sister
Joy (Garry) Johnson and their sons and families, and Tammy Cook.
Lovingly remembered by her partner Frank Bevan.
Cremation has taken place and she will rest in Woodlawn
Memorial Park, Guelph. Memorial contributions to ALS (Amyotrophic
Lateral Sclerosis) Society of Canada or The Alzheimer’s
Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
