On September 28, 2021, Mr. Dwayne Pasquayak of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 38 years. He is survived by his son, Draven; daughter, Kyra; mother, Carol Lewis; father, Walter (Hilda) Pasquayak; siblings, Dallas Cardinal, Brandon (Mary), Kaylee, Barbara, Roanne Large, Cherish Whiskeyjack, Sarah Large, Ty Cardinal & Dakota Lewis; grandmother, Stella Lewis; numerous nieces, nephews & cousins. Dwayne was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Joseph & Annie Pasquayak; maternal grandfather, Lawrence; step-sister, Alana Blackstar; step-brother, Shawn Swiftwolf. A Private Wake & Funeral Service will be held at Walter Pasquayak’s Residence, Saddle Lake with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
