1946-2021
Following a lengthy illness, Duane Ralph Watson of River de Chute, NB,
passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on January
21, 2021.
Duane was born in Beaconsfield, NB, on September 14, 1946. He was the
son of the late Ralph and Trena (Kilcollins) Watson. Duane leaves
behind his loving wife, Beverley Watson (Rattray); his daughters, Tina
Watson of River de Chute, NB, Roxane Watson of Beaconsfield, NB; his
sons, Timothy Watson (Nicole Williams) of British Columbia, Anthony
Watson (Francie) of River de Chute, NB, Todd Watson of Arthurette, NB,
Duane “D.J.” Watson (Shirley) of River de Chute, NB; his
sisters, Charlene Gregory of Bairdsville, NB, Sherry Rattray (John) of
Tilley, NB; his brothers, Monty Watson (Helen) of Bairdsville, NB,
Floyd Watson of Florenceville, NB, Chris Watson (Cheryl) of
Bairdsville, NB; his grandchildren, Ross, Cora, Josh, Sydney, and
Sophie; great grandchildren, Emma, Dominic, and Taylor.
In keeping with Duane’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral
held. A private graveside service will be held at River de Chute
Cemetery at a later date.
For those who wish, memorial donations to DunRoamin Animal Shelter
would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
