Obituary of Douglas Kenneth Cochrane
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Doug on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 in the Palliative Care Unit at the Pontiac Community Hospital, Shawville, Quebec at the age of 68. He is predeceased by his parents Ken Cochrane and Colleen McLeod, his sisters Beverley McMillan and Brenda Beveridge and his brother Kevin. He leaves to mourn his wife of 46 years Marion Hamilton. He will be dearly missed by his sisters-in-law Darleen (Dwight), Marilyn (Greg), Leona (Charlie), Sharleen (Kerry), brother-in-law Mervyn and mother-in-law Rose, and many nieces and nephews as well as numerous friends. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 in St Luke’s Cemetery, Luskvllle, Quebec at 2:00 p.m. Donations to the Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation, Oncology Department would be appreciated.
