  1. Remembering dear Doug – a godly young man who became a friend when we attended W.P. Bible College together many years ago. When Doug became a Christian, there was no looking back. He followed Jesus with all his heart and inspired everyone around him to want to do the same. Although I only saw him a few times in all the years since Bible College – just knowing he was out there still living for Jesus, was always a comfort and inspiration to me as are all those who love and serve Jesus in whatever way they can. Doug was one of the kindest and most gentlemanly men I have known. A common response to any kindness shown him was “thankyou kindly, I appreciate that.” But what I will always remember the most about Doug, is hearing him pour out his love for Jesus in worship and praise. And while the ages roll Doug, you will keep on praising Him. My prayers are with all Doug’s family – may the Lord hold you close to His heart until we all meet again in heaven.
