With sadness, the family announces that Doug passed away at the Queensway Carleton Hospital early Friday morning, May 14, 2021. Beloved son of the late Russell and Gladys (nee Lowe) Manchester. Dear brother of Bill Manchester. Predeceased by his brother Fred (April 13, 2020) and his sister Enid (May 3, 2020). Cremation. Interment in the family plot at Huntley United Cemetery. Memorial donations in Doug’s memory to Huntley United Cemetery would be appreciated. Arrangements in the care of the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes.
