Obituary of Dorvalina de Melo
DE MELO, Dorvalina (nee Rebel Sa) – Sadly, we announce the passing of our dear mother, Dorvalina de Melo at Trillium Villa on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Guilherme de Melo (2013). Loving mother of Filomena Strudwick (Bill), Victor Sa Melo (Ilidia) and Daniel Sa Melo (Linda). Proud grandmother of Jocelyn and Aaron Sa Melo, of whom she adored. Dorvalina will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends with whom she always had time for a chat to catch up. Rest now mom and thank you for all your love, laughter and life lessons. You will always be in our hearts. We would like to thank the staff of Trillium Villa for their kindness and care. Visitation will be held at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 431. N. Christina St., Sarnia on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 11-12:15. Due to the restrictions of Covid19, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church. Please note that masks/face coverings are mandatory for those in attendance. Entombment at Resurrection Mausoleum. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the charity of your choice.
