Obituary of Dorothy Louther
Dorothy Anne Louther (née Dentinger) of Teeswater passed away at Stratford General Hospital on Tuesday, July 13th, 2021, in her 74th year.
Beloved wife of the late Gordon Louther (2012).
Missed by her sons Chris Louther and his wife Lou Anne and Terry Louther all of Teeswater.
Cherished by her granddaughters, Chrisinda Louther (fiancé Nick Subject), Alexa Louther, Shelby Louther (fiancé Tyler Hutchinson) and Rachel Yoder (Lucas) and great-granddaughter Scarlet Hutchinson.
Dear sister of Joan Donaldson of Teeswater, Mary Lou Stumpf and her husband Harold of Kitchener, Cathy McKenzie and her husband Ken of Wingham and Donna Beitz and her husband Barry of Culross Township.
Fondly remembered by sisters-in-law, Grace Forsythe of Walkerton and Sharon Gray and her husband Bob of Hanover and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents John and Marian (née Grimoldby) Dentinger and in-laws Doug Donaldson, Mary Ellen Hepburn (Wally) and Jack Forsythe.
Visitation will be held at the Tiffin Funeral Home, Teeswater on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Anyone wishing to attend the visitation must RSVP by using the links below or by calling the funeral home (519-392-6011). All attendees must wear a mask and respect physical distancing protocols.
A private funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, July 19th, with Reverend Bonnie Mair officiating.
Interment Durham Road Baptist Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Crohn’s and Colitis Canada or the Stratford General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and be arranged on-line or by contacting the funeral home.
