  1. Dear Brenda and Carolyn — please accept our deepest condolences on the death of your mother. Pat was a wonderful neighbour to us (as was your father, whose books of poetry I still enjoy — perhaps more than the detailed history of the Ex, I have to confess). We’ve waited until Giving Tuesday to make a memorial donation in her name (The Ottawa Food Bank, we hope that’s appropriate). (That’s our excuse for posting this so late.) Please keep us informed of the details for the memorial service. Randle Wilson and Susan Blyth-Schofield, former neighbours at #13.
