In loving memory of Dorothy Ellen Pchajek
October 20, 1946 – August 28, 2021
On August 28, 2021 in Winnipeg, MB heaven gained another angel. It is with the deepest sorrow and sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Dorothy Ellen Pchajek.
Dorothy was born on October 20, 1946 and spent her life in Winnipeg. Mom raised a family and was a good provider for her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids.
Dorothy is survived by her kids, Gary (Teresa), Fay (Ken), Ricky (Cathy), Kathy, Kayla (Babe); sisters Myrna (Brian), Margaret and Sharon (Ray); 14 grandkids and 12 great-grandkids.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Gary; parents Jack and Clara; brother Dennis and sister Heather.
Dorothy was known as Nan to not only her family but also to her community.
The family wishes to thanks Dr.’s and nurses at Seven Oaks Hospital.
Wake and funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021 in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB. Viewing will be 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. and services will start at 2:00 p.m.
