Peacefully, with her family by her side on December 15, 2021 at 97 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Louis Martin (1991), Albert Meyns (1948). Loving and devoted mother of Mary Ellen (Jules) Quenneville, Greg (Mara) Martin, Lisa Godden, and Terry Martin. Cherished Mémé of Carmen, Michelle, Nicole, Charles, Dayna, Ryan, Samantha, Ernie, Conor, and Kaleigh. Treasured Great-Mémé to Katelyn, Elliott, Hannah, Lucas, Eloise, Jackson, Ridge, Roux, and Ford. Predeceased by parents Mary & Joseph Gaudette, brothers Elphege “Elf”, Gerry, Bob, and Tom. Survived by brother Donald (Evelyn) Gaudette, and sisters-in-law Mary and Pat.
Dorothy was retired after 22 years as parish secretary from Sacred Heart Church, LaSalle. She was a former member of Windsor Light Opera, LaSalle Community Choir and C.W.L.

On Friday, December 17, 2021 reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation from 7-9 p.m. Separate reservations are required to attend the Funeral Mass Saturday, December 18, 2021 11:30am from Families First, 2130 Front Rd., LaSalle, 519-969-5841 to Sacred Heart Church for Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m. You can reserve your time for visitation or seat for Mass at FamiliesFirst.ca (RSVP) or by calling directly.
Please note due to COVID 19 regulations attendance for cemetery services may be limited, interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
