At Brantford General Hospital on August 19, 2021, Dorothy Barker of Simcoe in her 91st year. Wife of the late William R. Barker (2009). Dear mother of Roy Barker, Ronald Barker (Susan), Barbara Finch (Alan), Richard Barker (Dorothy), Randall Barker (Joanna) and Beverly Snow (Brad). Predeceased by her son Robert (2018) and survived by her daughter-in-law Kim. She is the cherished grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Predeceased by grandchildren Douglas (2005) and Tyler (2014). She is survived by her brother Douglas Richardson (Jaye) also survives. Dorothy was a volunteer at the Norfolk General Hospital for over forty years. A private family graveside service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe. Arrangements entrusted to The Ferris Funeral Home, Simcoe. Those wishing to remember Dorothy may do so by making a donation to the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation.
