Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Palmer on her 93rd birthday, June 28, 2021. Donna was born on June 28, 1928 in Arcola, Saskatchewan and moved to Swift Current with her family in 1961. Donna was predeceased by her husband, Ken, in 1982 and later on by her sisters, Illa Ranford and Muriel Tuffnell, and her brother Del Hislop. Left to mourn Donna’s passing and to cherish her memory are her sons and daughters-in-law, David and Cherie, and Kevin and Marilyn(Sus) as well as grandchildren Kati and Erika, and great grandchildren Connor, Lilla, Tommi and Kendall and also many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A small graveside service for family and friends will be held at a later date. The family thanks the caring staff at Cypress House for all the love and compassion shown for Donna and her family during her stay there. In lieu of flowers any donations should be directed to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
