Donna Mouck Kersey Saturday November 27 2021

MOUCK, Donna
Donna lost her 5-year battle with cancer on Saturday, November 27, 2021. Beloved wife of Dave. Loving mother of Julie & Darren Towns. This was a very private matter for her and it was her wish to not burden people with her on-going issues. As with most things in Donna’s life, she was very proud and liked things to be well organized. Her illness got in the way of this lifestyle and for that reason she chose to use Medically Assisted Dying as her way of determining how her life would end. Please respect her decision and it was not her intention to offend anyone. This has been a very difficult time for me and I will deeply miss my life partner of over 30 years. She really was everything to me.
Until the past couple of months we were extremely fortunate to be able to live a very comfortable lifestyle with many trips all over the world as we pursued our mutual interests in skiing, sailing and travel. Some of Donna’s favourite things included a love of animals (especially dogs and horses), gardening, Christmas lights and ice cream. Remember Donna when you come across these items in everyday life.
Donna did not like funerals. In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated, with a private ceremony at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Donna’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation.

  1. I am so sorry to hear about Donna’s passing. She was a wonderful lady and she will be missed by all who knew her. I will miss seeing her smiling face on winter weekends.
