HOWSE, Donald Ray — At Peterborough Regional Health Centre, April 1, 2021 in his 76th year. Donald was the oldest child of 7, born to Leonard & Velma (nee Killingbeck). Husband of the late Beverly Thelma (nee Moffatt, 2014). Father of his adopted son David Howse of Quebec. Dear stepfather of Jeannette Davis (Jaye), Tammy White (William Edwards), Barbra Macleod (Francis Luis) and the late Harvey & John Cross. Proud grandfather of his step grandchildren; Kristine Kent, Samantha Edwards (John), Christopher Davis (Breanna Brown), Carrie Stockdale (Kyle), Jaimelynn Macleod (Schuyler Gleeson), Jacob Macleod, Joseph McGrath and his step great grandchildren; Haleigh Cuthbert, Charlotte Davis, Olivia Davis, Peyton Edwards, Kayden Stockdale and Brinlee Stockdale. Brother of Gloria Thompson of Lakefield, Bruce Howse of Regina, Sask., Linda Boyles of Lakefield, Diane Taylor of Regina, Sask., Ernie Howse of Peterborough, and the late Ken Howse. Fondly remembered by his nephews Shawn, Shane, Tim and Ted. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Final resting place at Zion Church Cemetery. In memory of Don, donations may be made to Peterborough Humane Society or Sick Kids Foundation.
