On August 8, 2021, Don MacIntosh could no longer wait for the Toronto Maple Leafs to win the Stanley Cup and passed peacefully after a brief illness at the Ottawa General Hospital. Survived by his nephew Scott Hanes, sister-in-law Faye Hanes and his sister Mildred Redmond (Lyle). Predeceased by his wife Joan, parents Thaddeus and Mabel MacIntosh, and his brother Ian MacIntosh (Glenna). A Funeral Service will be held at the Winchester Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry on Friday August 13, 2021 at 11 am. Following covid protocol attendance will be strictly limited to registered guests. To RSVP, please visit Don’s web page on the Funeral Home’s website or call 613-774-1117.
