It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Donny at his home on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the age of 63. He passed away suddenly and we are heartbroken. For those of you that were lucky enough to know him, you know what a great man he was. Funny, loyal, respectful, sports enthusiast, husband, father and proud papa. He will be greatly missed by his wife Jayne, daughter Katie, son-in-law Darryl and grandsons Tristan and Tayson. Dear brother of Greg Bencina and his wife Marion. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Donny’s family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 and from 2-5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener. Please note that if you plan to attend, masks are mandatory and you must RSVP through the funeral home website or by calling (519) 749-8467. A private service will be held.
