FERGUSON, Dianne (née Lamont) – Peacefully on Thursday, February 25th, 2021 at St. Mary’s General Hospital, Kitchener, in her 48th year. Beloved wife of David Ferguson. Loving mother of Alesha Ferguson and Kyle Ferguson, all of Kenilworth. Dear sister of Marion Reynolds and her husband Dave of Kenilworth and their children: Nick, Ben and Kelsey; and Dave Lamont and his wife Cindy of Hamilton. Dear sister-in-law of Nancy Nicholson and her husband Brent of Holstein and their children: Brianna, Brody and Brittany; and Kevin Ferguson of Cambridge. Loving daughter-in-law of Leverne and Marlene Ferguson; and step-daughter of Bob Welsh. Predeceased by her parents Delmar (1982) and Isabel (2020). Dianne will be sadly missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, extended family and many friends, especially all the children she babysat over the years. Dianne worked at Blue Mountain Restaurant, #1 Apparel and was a Custodian at St. Mary’s Catholic School. She attended hairdressing school and enjoyed cutting hair for her family. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the nurses and staff of the 6th floor and Intensive Care Unit at St. Mary’s General Hospital. A private funeral service will be held at the England Funeral Home. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Dianne are asked to consider St. Mary’s General Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.
