Bouchard, Diane (Née Simard) January 12, 1947 – September 20th, 2021
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces her sudden passing at the Au Chateau – Home for the Aged, on Monday September 20th, 2021 in her 75th year.
Diane was predeceased by her husband of 51 years Maurice Bouchard. Loving mother to Micheline (Brian) and Claude (Raluca). Grand-maman to Nicholas, Tristan, Miguel, Sebastian and step-grandmother to Nathan. Beloved sister to Albert (Judy), Ivan (Linda) and Anne. Diane was predeceased by her parents Annette Duchesne and William Simard and by her sister Estelle.
A celebration of Diane’s life will be held on Friday September 24th 2021 at Hillside Funeral Services at 11am. As per current COVID 19 directives the total number of attendees is limited, social distancing requirements must be respected, and masks or face coverings are required inside the funeral home. Donations in memory of Diane to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.

Diane fut prédécédé par son mari de 51ans Maurice. Mère bien aimée de Micheline (Brian) et Claude (Raluca). Grand-maman de Nicholas, Tristan, Miguel, Sébastien et grand maman par alliance de Nathan . Beau-frère de Albert (Judy), Ivan (Linda) et Anne. Elle laisse également dans le deuil plusieurs neveux et nièces. Elle fut prédécédée par ses parents Annette Duchesne et William Simard ainsi que sa soeur Estelle.
Une célébration de sa vie aura lieu le vendredi 24 septembre 2021 à l’Établissement funéraire Hillside à 11:00. Les règles sanitaires en vigueur s’appliqueront et le port d’un couvre-visage et l’inscription à un registre de suivi de contacts seront obligatoires.
Au lieu de fleurs, des dons en dons à la Société Alzheimer ou à la fondation des maladies du cœur seraient appréciés.
