Dianne Arsenault, of Miramichi NB passed away peacefully on Monday, April 5, 2021.
Born in Rogersville, she was the youngest of ten siblings and was the last living daughter of the late Maxime and Mary (Babineau) Arsenault.
Dianne is survived by her nephew Raymond Arseneault of Miramichi, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by the love of her life, Donald Cleland, of Miramichi, two sisters: Alma of Miramichi and Lea Benvenuti of Massachusetts; and by seven brothers: Adelard of Rogersville, Albert of Miramichi, Henry of Barnaby River, Joseph of Montreal QC, François of Rogersville, Alfred of Shawinigan QC, and Jean -Baptiste of Mascouche QC.
Dianne will always be remembered as a hard worker and successful entrepreneur; she owned and operated the former Modern Beauty Salon where she worked as a hairdresser alongside her sister Alma. She was a woman of deep faith and was a long- time parishioner of St. Michael’s Basilica in Chatham. Dianne lived her life to the fullest with her vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She treasured spending time with her family and friends and will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you for the professional and compassionate care given by the staff and owner Heather Hogan of Double H Special Care Home, the Miramichi Regional Hospital and Bridgeview Hall Nursing Home.
Donations in Dianne’s memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Please place online condolences and remembrances at www.mahersfh.com.
Interment arrangements will be announced at a later date with regard to burial at the Notre Dame de Fatima Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in Collette.
