Deloris’ Obituary
It is with great sadness that the families of the late Deloris Margrete Crocker announce her passing on Friday, May 21st, 2021, at the Still waters Corner Brook Long term care unit in Corner Brook, NL, at the age of 78 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories Winston Crocker of 31 years, also her 5 children; Maud (Roddie) Barnes, William (Sally) Duval, Susanne Duval, Richard Duval, and Phyllis Klygo, 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, her siblings; Roxie Upwards, and Selwyn (Bessie) Crocker, sisters-in-law; Belle, Janet, Sadie, Rita, Shirley, and Mabel (Rod), brothers-in-law; Wilfred (Precilla) Crocker, Ronald (Kitty) Crocker, Ernie, Fred, Ronne, Tom (Annie) Duval, Blanford (Valerie) Duval. Deloris was predeceased by her first husband; Lyver Duval, sisters; Violet and Thelma, brothers; Guy, and Abe, many other brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law. She will be missed by her many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society 835 Topsail Road, Unit 107, Mount Pearl, NL, A1N 3J6, or call 1-709-576-0608 in Delois’s memory would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
The family will be receiving family and friends at Parsons Funeral Home on Monday, May 24th, 2021, from 2-4 pm, and under the Covid-19 Regulations there can only be 25 people at the viewing at one time and masks and social distancing are required under the regulations.
The private funeral service will take place on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021, at 1:00 pm, at Parsons funeral home with Rev Jocelyn Cook officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot of the United Church cemetery in Trout River, NL.
We know that our grieving families still need to feel the same level of support from you their family, friends, loved ones and community.
