WARD, Debby Patricia – surrounded by family, Debby passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, June 24th, 2021 at the age of 57. Cherished wife of 25 years and best friend of Andrew Saunders, who will miss her everyday until they see each other again. Loving mother of Sarah Ells(Jesse Irwin), and Hunter Partridge(Devin); and grandmother of Tayler, Kegan and Tristin. Dear sister of Nova and Keith(Sarah). Beloved aunt of Adam, Mandy(Jesse), and Nathan; and great-aunt of Layla, Eddison and Weston. Debby will be missed by many friends and family, and will hold a special place in their hearts. She treasured her family and embraced every moment with them. The family wishes to send a special thank-you to Dr. Rebecca Colman of Mount Sinai Hospital for the exceptional care she provided. Thank-you to Heather Trumble and the PSWs of the South East LHIN, and the VON nurses for their care and kind words, Debby’s comfort was their top priority. At Debby’s request, no service will be held. Donations may be made to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to the Brighton Funeral Home, 130 Main Street West, Brighton (613-475-2121).
