Obituary of David Victor Church
Gone too soon. Sadly, on this day, we, his family, embrace and set free the farm boy from St. Joe’s. David’s heart, love and dedication to his family inspired us all. We love you so much and will think of you each and every day. You are free now and have been welcomed home to your place among the angels by mom (Irene, wife of 40 years) and Grandpa and Grandma Church (Arthur and Clara). Sadly, missed and lovingly remembered by daughter Karol, Grandson Dalton, and Granddaughter Vanessa. Also missed by Barb and Ed Riedel (brother and sister-in-law) and all your nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Joe Church, Bill Church (Florence), Grace Reid (Ted), Alan Church (Shirley), Lucy Garside (Reg), and special little sister Helen Young (Mervyn). Plus, Leslie, Jimmie, Hattie, and Annie. Respecting dads wishes, a private memory of his life has been held at Northwood Funeral Home, after which cremation and interment at Grace United Church Cemetery for dads final resting place. As we said with mum…dad “You will never be truly gone because your life lives on in the love you leave behind in all of us”. God Bless you dad, grandfather, husband, uncle, brother, brother-in-law, and friend…. Amen.
