Obituary of David Gerard Dech
DECH, David Gerard
It is with heavy and broken hearts that we announce the passing of David Gerard Dech on December 14, 2021. David was a Mechanical Engineering Technician, graduating with the Dean’s award. He worked for LEAR Corporation as an Industrial Designer. He also worked for Hawtal Whiting of Canada as an Automotive Product Designer. Predeceased by his parents Barbara and Jacob Dech. Beloved brother of Jamie (Ina), step-mother Doreen Lamotte-Dech, and brother Kevin (Cynthia) Lamotte. Dear uncle of Jeff, Joel(Toni), Josh(Cait), and Jon(Marisa). Great uncle to Emilia, Ian and Elysia. David will be missed by the Dech, Russelo, and Lamotte families. Private cremation has taken place, and a memorial service to honour David will be held at a later date. David was grateful and blessed for the help of Brentwood. He gained the love, respect and friendship of his Brentwood family. With this, we find it fitting to suggest memorial donations to the Brentwood Recovery Home. “How blessed I am to have something that makes saying Goodbye so hard. ”
