Due to the current pandemic a private celebration will take place at the: Complexe funéraire BROME-MISSISQUOI 215 rue de la Rivière, Bedford, Qc 450 248-2911 complexefuneraire.ca Burial of his ashes will take place at the St-James Anglican Cemetery at a later date.
Passed away peacefully at his home in Montreal, on February 15th, 2021, at the age of 75. He was the loving husband to Mrs. Louise Kimmell. David was born and raised in Stanbridge East. He spent over 30 years as a Canadian Diplomat living in Argentina, Seattle, Morocco, the Philippines and Washington D.C. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his children: Jennifer (Jean-Nicholas Marziali), Jason (Miranda Brown), Nicholas (Karen Norris), Alexandra (Stewart Law): his beloved grandchildren: Liam, Noà, Sofia and Olivia; his sister Barbara (David Paterson), his brother Arthur (Margaret Brown), brothers-in-law: Jean Kimmell (Marthe Lanctôt), and Jim Kimmell (Julie Orr), his sister-in-law Lyne Kimmell (Bill Craighead), nieces and nephews, and other relatives and dear friends. The family welcomes donations to NOVA Montreal in memory of David as an expression of sympathy: www.novasoinsadomicile.ca
