David Grant Kelly Saturday July 17th 2021

With deep sadness the family announces David’s sudden passing on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at the age of 60. He will be greatly missed by his life partner Tracey Sandfuchs, his children Shaun (Megan), Joshua, and Michael and his beloved grandchildren, Brett and Nate. Predeceased by his parents Jerry and Kathleen Kelly. He is also survived by his sisters Vivienne (George) Arkeveld, and Susan Kelly. Loved Uncle of Amy (Matt) Cooper, Steven (Melanie) Arkeveld, Patrick (Ashley) Arkeveld, and Jacob (Kyna) Sandfuchs. He will also be greatly missed by many friends and colleagues.
Family and friends are invited to the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland, ON, on Friday, July 23 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A private service will take place on Saturday. Covid Protocol will be followed; so please RSVP below or by calling our office between 9-4:30 pm at 613-342-2828.
Donations can be made in David’s honour to the construction of the new arena in Prescott, the Alaine Chartrand Arena. David spent many years coaching in the former Leo Boivin Community Centre and was looking forward to watching his grandchildren play there in the years ahead.
