Obituary of CODY SCOTT STEVENS
Cody Scott Stevens passed away suddenly on September 12, 2021 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at the age of 26. He was predeceased by his Grandparents, Edwin Cox and Cora Stevens. Cody is lovingly remembered by the love of his life, Hunter Addley; Parents, Scott and Rhea Stevens; Grandfather, Hollister Stevens; Father and Mother-in-Law, Richard and Pamela Addley; Sister-in-Law, Paytan Addley and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Cody was born and raised in Transcona, Winnipeg, Manitoba and attended Murdoch MacKay Collegiate. He was an avid hockey player throughout his childhood. He played AAA hockey for the City Midget Winnipeg Sharks and tried out in the Western Hockey League for the Victoria Royals. Cody joined CN Rail as a Conductor shortly after graduating from high school. He moved to Sioux Lookout, Ontario where he and Hunter met and fell in love. He loved spending time with Hunter; the family dogs, Shadow and Storm; and his cat Pabst. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed golfing and spending time at the lake.
Hunter, Scott and Rhea would like to take this opportunity to thank family and friends for their support and donations at this very difficult time.
A private viewing was held at Cropo Funeral Chapel on September 20, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, to be announced.
If friends so desire, donations in Cody’s memory may be made to Canadian Mental Health Association, Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba Inc., or Anxiety Disorders Association of Manitoba Inc.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of CODY
