Kuntze, Claus:
Claus passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at the age of 86 surrounded by his family. Born in Berlin, Germany on May 19, 1935, and immigrated to Canada in 1956 where he made roots with his family in Kitchener.
Beloved Husband of 60 years to Anna (Anni).
Exceptional father of Sylvia Celentano (Tom) and Harold “Hal” Kuntze (Jill).
Loving Opa of Colton and Jensen Celentano; Magnus, Henry and Owen Kuntze.
Predeceased by his grandson Max Kuntze (stillborn) and his parents.
Claus was a 54-year member of the Concordia Club.
Claus’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 6-8 p.m.
The memorial service for Claus will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at 10:30 a.m.
Relatives and friends must RSVP to attend Claus’ visiting and/or service and reception through the funeral website or by phoning 519-749-8467.
(Proof of Vaccination will be requested prior to attending the reception).
