1937-2021
Clarence Aulenback, 1937-2021 of Newcombville, Lunenburg
County, passed away suddenly at home on January 19, 2021. He is
survived by his wife of 59 years, Audrey Julia (Weagle) Aulenback;
children, Maryann Woodworth, Luke Aulenback, Joanne Boutilier, Aaron
Aulenback, Shannon Aulenback; 9 grandchildren and 18
great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents Abraham and
Myrtle (Allen) Aulenback; brother Melbourne (in infancy) and 8 step
siblings.
Clarence was known for his love of wildlife by operating a
wildlife sanctuary and rehabilitation refuge. He also owned and
operated an Indian Craft, Folk Art Museum and Gift Shop in
Newcombville in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
Due to mobility issues, he spent most of the last 30 years focusing on
his artwork and gardening.
There will be no funeral services at the family’s
request. Memorial donations may be made to Hope for Wildlife, or SHAID
Tree Animal Shelter. Arrangements are under the direction of the R.A.
Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville, where on-line condolences may be made
