Obituary of Clara Maye Lint
The passing of Clara Maye Lint of Fredericton Junction, formerly of Fredericton, NB on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at White Rapids Manor. Born June 11, 1928 in Upper Keswick , NB, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Amelia (Wilkins) Griffiths. Clara was a member of Kingsley United Church ; choir member, UCW President, past Sunday school teacher and past organist; member of the Ladies Auxiliary; Senior Citizens Silver Tops; Micmac Trailer Club and the Royal Star Square Dance Club.
Clara is survived by her five sons, Austin Lint (Rita) of Hawkesbury, ON, Danny Lint (Myrna) of Grand Prairie, AB, Tony Lint of Fredericton, NB, Roland Lint of smith, AB and Joey Lint (Theresa) of Fredericton, NB; chosen son, Fred Sowers; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Harold Lint; second husband, Russell Rector; one grandson; sister, Zada Waugh and brothers, Albert and Urban Griffiths.
Due to covid there will be a Celebration of Clara’s Life in the summer of 2022. Interment will take place in Seymour Memorial Cemetery, Kingsley, NB. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Seymour Memorial Cemetery Fund. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
