Obituary
Obituary for Chun Lin Wong
February 11, 1929 – June 3, 2021
Chun Lin Wong passed away peacefully on June 3, 2021, at the ripe age of 92. He is survived by his loving wife Rosie, sons Edmand and Kenneth, and daughters Anita and Betty, daughters-in-law Lydia and Kyoko, son-in-law Christopher, grandsons Shinichi and Koji, and granddaughters Stephanie, Sophie, Melody and Miyuki.
A devoted husband, father and grandfather, Chun Lin dedicated time to cooking big meals at weekend family gatherings, and was the hub of activity and the centre of the family. His steadfastness in purpose during his life is one that truly commands respect from all who knew him. His resilience against odds, especially when he is down, continues to be an inspiration to his family, friends, and colleagues.
He may have left us for now, but his legacy lives on. For as always, the spirit of those gone will survive in the memory of the living. Chun Lin’s love for his family and realistic approach to life will be missed, as he will be remembered with much fondness.
