Passed away peacefully, at the age of 51, at Hospice Simcoe on Monday, May 17, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Loving mother of Nicholas, dear sister of Johnny Markou, Vicky (Joey) Turco. Cherished Auntie Christina to Tate and Tye Turco. Predeceased by her parents, Lazaros and Triantafillia (Phyllis) Markou. Christina was the ultimate mom who fiercely loved her son Nicholas. She had an infectious laugh and a smile that lit up a room. She loved reading a good book and was always up for any travel adventure. She will be missed by many family and friends. A private family service has taken place, with interment in St. James Cemetery Crown Hill. Memorial donations to Hospice Simcoe would be appreciated by the family.
