It is with deep sadness that we announce that Charlotte Eunice Harper passed away on September 3, 2021 at the age of 67.
Survived by daughter, Alison Harper; stepchildren, Melanie Harper, Michael Cardinal and Kurt Cardinal; granddaughter, Jada Harper; brothers and sisters, Charles Moses, Georgina Moses, Janet Melanson (Marcel), Victor Moses and Albert Moses.
Predeceased by her parents, Edgar and Alice Moses; daughter, Heather; brothers, Oscar and Henry; and sister, Blanche.
A gathering of family and friends will take place on Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Park Memorial, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton, AB.
Funeral to be held Monday, September 20, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton, AB, Reverend Susai Jesu, OMI officiating with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
