Kramer, Charles “Scott”
Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the age of 68. Scott leaves behind his loving wife Kathryn. Cherished father to Chris (Britany) and Jennifer. He will be missed by his 3 grandchildren Bentley, Owen and Atticus and his 3 nieces Amanda, Marnie and Jessica. Scott also leaves behind his brother Blake (Marion), uncle Jim (Pat) and many friends and extended family.
A very special thank you to all the staff at the Woodstock Hospital, 2nd Floor for their care and attention.
The family will welcome visitors at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock on Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and Monday, January 3, 2022 from 10:00am until 11:45am followed by a service in the Chapel at 12:00pm.
Guests are asked to RSVP to both the visitation and service by clicking on RSVP in the service details
