Charlene’s Obituary
The family of Charlene are saddened to have to announce her passing. Charlene was the oldest of 5 children born to Albert & Helen Etty. She grew up in the beautiful Simikameen Valley in Southern B.C. Charlene attended school in Hedley B.C., then Completed her education in Keremeos, B.C.
Charlene had many hobbies and interests that she thrived at but most of all she loved to curl and golf. Charlene and Ken enjoyed their golfing in Peace River as well as in Florida in the winters. Charlene lived in Hines Creek for many years where she made great friends, then her and Ken moved to Peace River 20 years ago. Over the last 8 years they have travelled to Florida for the winters.
Predeceased by her parents, Albert & Helen and 2 brothers, Grant & Lawrence.
Charlene is survived by her life partner/husband Ken; son, Doug (Sandy); daughter Junelea (Garret); stepchildren, Scott (Lisa), Jocilyn (Trevor); grandchildren, Rebeckah, Bryce, Olivia, Mitchel, Zoe, and Dawson.
