Cecil graduated from Collège Sainte-Anne with his
BA and from Moncton University with his BEd. He began his teaching
career at the Argyle Consolidated School and then taught at
École Pubnico-Ouest. He always found joy in the success of
his family members, friends and especially former students. He was an
avid golfer with 5 holes-in-one. He loved spending his summer
vacations fishing on the high seas. He spent many weekends trout
fishing on Canoe lake and had the good fortune to spend a couple of
days trout fishing on the Big Sevogle River at Square Forks in the
Miramichi. When deer hunting season started, he was in his glory at
Gerard’s cottage hunting and yarning with family and
friends. Cecil loved
to travel with Mariette, visit new places and meet new
friends
