On Saturday, December 4, 2021, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Margaret and the late Barbara. Loving father of Debbie Sanders (James) and Kelly Cavener (Ray). Adored grandfather of Matthew (Rachel) and Michael (Amanda) and great-grandfather to five great-grandchildren. Most beloved “Uncle Duck” to a multitude of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Good friend and “Brother” to many Veterans and Masons. Predeceased by parents, John Cavener and Ella Percy; brothers, John, Roy and “Bud” Charles; and sisters, Eve and Ruby. A funeral service will be conducted at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Beechwood Cemetery, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Registration will be required to attend the service.
