McDONALD, Catherine Winifred –
Peacefully at Highview Residence on Sunday, January 31, 2021, Catherine (nee: Dewar) at the age of 91. Dearly beloved wife of 63 years to the late Albert Duncan. Beloved mother of Cathie (Larry Amos), Liz (David Eyres), Sandy (Andrew Mingay), Jamie (Deb), Paul (Victoria) and the late Debby. Loving Grandma of Neil, Jeff, Katie, Kelly; Alex, Mark, James; Andrew, Michael; Erin, Jake, John; Meghan and William. Great-Grandma of Noah, Isaac, Madelyn, Alex, Sofia, Liv, Dylan, Violet and Harrison. Dear sister of Donald Dewar and sister-in-law of Linda Dewar and Anne Dewar of Cornwall. Fondly remembered by her, nieces, nephews, family and many friends. Catherine McDonald was a longtime member of Transfiguration of Our Lord Church and an active member of the CWL. She was also an avid golfer and bridge player. Catherine and Albert enjoyed many years at Lake of Bays and winter travel to Florida. Private funeral arrangements.
