Obituary
Catherine Lynn Hemphill (Bergeson), previously of Whitecourt, Alberta, age 57, passed away August 5, 2021, surrounded by her family in Edson, Alberta.
Cathy is survived by her husband Joseph; her children Mandy Stephens (Ryan), Joseph Hemphill (Cari), Chris Hemphill (Terri), John Hemphill (Lisa) and Nicole Hemphill (Brett); grandchildren Aurora, Ashley, Xander, J-La, Hailey, Jahden, Daven, Russell, Katie, Kayleigh, Aubrey, Hadley; her siblings Gerald, Lorraine, Marty (Angie), Terry (Wendy), Sheila (Andy) and Doreen (Hank), as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Cathy was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Mary Bergeson.
A Loving wife, mother and grandmother, Cathy’s greatest joy was watching her family grow. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and all who knew her.
Cathy requested a private celebration of Life.
Cathy’s family would like to say a special Thank-You to Dr. Van Der Merwe for her compassionate care.
