Dale approached life with an energetic, kind, and bright
outlook. Her fun and creative spirit showed through in all aspects of
her life, whether it was helping her grandkids with arts and crafts,
painting or decorating. She will be deeply missed by all of those who
were fortunate enough to know and love her.
Dale had a passion and talent for painting and would attend
art classes here at home and around the Maritimes. She proudly
exhibited her artwork with the Turps Painting Club. She also enjoyed
Bridge, especially with her two table group. They would spend 3 or 4
days in Quebec at the spa enjoying a mini getaway and playing Bridge.
Over the years Dale was a member of several groups including the
Fredericton Golf Club, Turps Painters, Fiddlehead Bridge Club and
Walton County Snowbirds.
Dale loved to travel and among her many interests she would
attend plays and operas in New York or spend time listening to
Pavarotti. She and Bill enjoyed spending winters in Florida and trips
to Europe and the Caribbean.
Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions a service followed
interment in Scotchtown Cemetery will be held at a later time. For
those who wish, donations in her memory can be made to the Heart and
