She was a bit of a “movie star” as she appeared as an “extra” in many movies that were filmed in Lunenburg and surrounding areas. She made many friends over those years and she met several prominent movie actors.
Carrie loved her family. She always looked forward to visits from her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. There were always treats ready for when they popped in. She loved knitting and quilting and many benefited from her handiwork.
Carrie was a devoted member of St. John’s Anglican Church, Lunenburg. She was a member of the Ladies Guild and the Altar Guild for many years.
