On Sunday, October 25, 2021, Carol Fowler passed away.
She is survived by her husband J.P.; her sisters and her mother.
She was pre-deceased by her father and her ex-husband Fred.
We would like to thank Siloam Mission, especially Pastor Andy and Bardal Funeral Home for the work they do for Siloam Mission.
The family hopes the Saskatchewan Rough Riders “kick a field goal for Carol.”
