Carol Ann Dingwall Countryman Monday October 4th 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Dingwall (Countryman) who died peacefully in the presence of her family at the age of 80 at the Ottawa Hospital.
The mother of Kurt Dingwall and Jeannie Phillips (Dingwall), and the mother-in-law of Kellie Dingwall (Skinkle) and Nathan Phillips. Loving Grandmother to Lana, Myles, Mason Dingwall and Quinn, Sam and Caleb Phillips.
Predeceased by her parents Gordon Countryman and Jean Countryman (Ouderkirk)
Carol spent her early years growing up on a century farm in Morewood,Ontario. She became a school teacher and taught with both the Ottawa and North Dundas School Boards.
She spent many years watching over her flock of Grandchildren when they were young, often taking them out on excursions in and around town and enjoyed watching them grow.
She was an avid sports fan who took great pleasure in watching her grandkids play their various sporting passions of football, hockey, basketball, rugby, volleyball and soccer. With her ‘go right through them’ attitude she may have occasionally been heard shouting at the referees, like any good grandmother would.
Family was very important to Carol, and she loved them all. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
A private family service will be held. Interment in the Morewood United Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Carol Ann Dingwall Countryman Monday October 4th 2021..
