Peacefully at Grey Bruce Regional Health Services – Owen Sound Site, on Thursday, April 1, 2021 of Flesherton in his 98th year. Beloved husband of the late Georgina(2014). Loving father of Linda(Cliff) Brander of Stayner, Glen(Vicki) Hanley of Paisley, Bruce(Patti) Hanley of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Paul(Tracey) Hanley of Maxwell. Loved and remembered by grandchildren Sandy, Dan(Lisa), Derek(Vanessa) Brander, Anne Marie(Brydon) Schaap, Kyle(Rose) Hanley, Siobhan(Drew) Fidler, Jessica(Steven) Brackney, Ashley(Derek) Fischer, Nathan(Darby Mailhot) Hanley, Nicole(Brian Hannon) Hanley, Jenna(Tanner) Williams, Nicole(Mario) Plamondon and 17 great grandchildren.
Survived by sister in law Ruby Hanley and Helen Pallister. Predeceased by brothers Bill and Ben, brothers-in-law Gordon and Mac Pallister and sisters-in-law Bessie Johnson and Fanny Riddell.
The family will receive friends at Fawcett Funeral Cremation Reception on Friday, April 2, 2021 from 3-6pm. A private service will take place on Saturday at 2pm.
