Bruce had spent many years with his family at the cottage, swimming, scuba diving, boating, fishing and dirt biking. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, and spent many hours touring the countryside on his Harley. Bruce was also an avid Hunter. Every November, in Ontario, he would spend time with his friend Jim setting up his hut and hunting for deer.
Bruce has been described by his friends as a, “true friend”, “one of a kind”, “they broke the mould when they made him!” He had a unique, enjoyable, funny sense of humour, that entertained many, and he was loved by all who knew him.
Bruce moved with his loving wife to Pouce Coupe, B.C. in 2010 and spent the rest of his retirement enjoying the beautiful B.C. countryside, and time spent with family and friends.
