Obituary
It is with deep sorrow we announce the peaceful passing of George “Bruce” Kneteman, beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and nephew. He passed away July 19, 2021, at the age of 68.
Bruce was the eldest son of George and Jacquie Kneteman. Bruce will be dearly missed by his 6 siblings Jeff (Barb), Len (Alyson), Orey (Carol), Bonnie, Gaylayne (Larry) Hawkings and Jayne (Tim) Sanders as well as his 8 nieces and 2 nephews and step grandson Tyrell.
Bruce was predeceased by his father George and his brother-in-law Dwight McLeod.
Bruce spent his entire life in Edson. His career as a dedicated millwright lasted for 37 years before retiring in 2018.
Bruce will be remembered for his keen mechanical skills and his fondness for working on old cars, trucks and even tractors.
We would like to thank Dr. Sood and the wonderful Acute Care and other staff of the Edson Health Care Centre for ensuring Bruce had the best possible care during his time there.
Internment and a celebration of life will take place at a future date.

  1. I am saddened by this notice! We had some good times. I remember Bruce as the quiet giant who always had a quick grin. He drove me crazy by keeping a perfectly good Firebird under a tarp while I was busy destroying mine!
    Will see you again one day….Mort
