Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our brother Bruce.
Bruce was born in Kelowna to Joseph and Mary Gregory on May 21, 1958. He was #6 in the Gregory clan and is survived by 3 brothers, 6 sisters and many more loving family members.
Bruce spent most of his life in Kelowna after a few years of travelling and working overseas as a young adult. Anyone who knew Bruce admired him for his amazing talent as a woodworker. Not only could he design and build the most incredible homes and decks, his artistic talent with drawing and woodcarving was awe inspiring. Bruce was always quick with a joke; he never had to think of a witty remark, they just flowed naturally and kept us all laughing. He loved the outdoors, whether it be hiking, fishing or just out on the lake in his boat. He could beat pretty much anyone in a pierogi eating contest and never said no to a cold beer and pizza!
Bruce was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
A private celebration of life will be attended by immediate family. There will be a mass said in his name at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Sunday October 10th at 9:45am.
In memory of Bruce, please cherish your time with loved ones and think of him while enjoying time outdoors or a beer and pizza.
