Brian’s Obituary
CAMPBELL, Brian Malcolm ~ Age 72 of Greenwood passed away Friday, September 3, 2021, in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Middleton, he was the son of the late Stewart and Jean (Atkinson) Campbell. Brian’s father was a bank manager and growing up his family moved all around the province. He served 25 years with the RCMP from Ontario to Nova Scotia, but always considered Nova Scotia home. He loved to play practical jokes on family and friends but couldn’t tell a joke. Brian enjoyed sailing and time spent at the cottage and upon his retirement, he and Peggy would spend their summer there. He loved to build things, including building his own home. Most of all he was very proud of his 2 sons. Brian will be sadly missed by his wife, Peggy; sons, Stewart (Teena), Liverpool, Corey (Michelle), New Minas; sisters, Carolyn Campbell, Wolfville, Wendy Campbell, Torbrook; grandchildren, Jauzia, Conner, Lily, several nieces, and nephews. There will be a Private Graveside Service with Celebrant Diane Axent officiating in Pine Grove Cemetery, New Albany. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home; 398 Main St. Toll free 855-825-3448. Donation in Brian’s memory may be made to RCMP Foundation or Pine Grove Cemetery, New Albany.
