SHEARER, Bonnie Louise (nee Kyle)
Peacefully, surrounded by her family following a brave battle at Kingston Memorial Hospital, on May 20th 2021 in her 65th year. Beloved wife of Jamie Shearer for 42 years. Cherished mother of Pricilla (Ryan), Christopher (Alicia), and Jamie Jr (Darlene). Devoted grandmother of Courtney, Matthew, Dustin, Curtis, Rylee, Alivia, Chris Jr., Mason, and Hailey. Great Grandmother to Deagan, Coral and Astrid. Daughter of the late Ruth and Binney Kyle. Bevolved sister of Lois (Sid), Lee (Kelly), Teresa (Tom) Joseph (Kim), and Danny. Daughter in law to John and the late Nancy Shearer. Sister in law to Tim (Irene), Joan, Rena and Glen. She will be lovingly remembered by many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to COVID 19 restrictions. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made in Bonnie Shearer’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society. The family wishes to send a special thanks to Pam, Dr. Whatley, Dr Lehmann-Bender, and staff for their support during this difficult time. They would also like to thank Dr D’Arsigny and the ICU staff at Kingston General Hospital for the care and compassion they showed Bonnie in her final hours.
